How do I track my order?
 

Once an order is shipped then an email will be sent with a USPS tracking number. 

 

 

 

What are your delivery options?
 

All shipping within the continental United States is FREE!

 

 

 

How do I return an item?
 

Please contact us via email at info@thelastblossom.com with subject "Return". Please include name, phone number, the item your returning and the reason for your return. 

How can I contact your couriers?
 

Most items will be shipped USPS. Please go to USPS.com and enter your tracking number for shipment information.

 

 

 

Do you provide International delivery?
 

Sorry, at this time we are unable to offer international delivery. Please check back with us soon, as we are continuing to branch out and grow. 

 

 

 

What is your returns policy?
-All items returned, unless damaged upon receipt of your item or otherwise approved, will be exchanged for store credit only. We cannot guarantee exchange for a particular item because inventory is limited. 

-All Sales/Clearance items are final. 

- All merchandise must be returned within 14 days,  unworn, unwashed, and with the original tags attached. If you return items that have been tried on and they have makeup or deodorant on them they will not be accepted as a return and they will be shipped back to you. 

- Send your package back to us via the most economical shipping method of your choice. We suggest you send items back using UPS, USPS, or FEDEX along with a tracking number. We are not responsible for items that are lost while in transit to us.

- Once your package is received please allow 1-5 business days for your return to be processed. You will be emailed a notification that your return has been received. 

-You are responsible for the shipping and handling of the returned item. 

-Original and return shipping fees are non-refundable. 

- If the order is past the 14 day limit or does not fit the return guidelines, the items will be sent back to you and a standard shipping fee will be applied to your card. 

-Once an order has been placed, the order cannot be cancelled and items can not be removed from the order, If you would like to change the order please contact us via email at info@thelastblossom.com immediately. We cannot guarantee that we will be able to make changes as our packages are packed and shipped in a very timely manner, but our customer service team will do their best to work with you.
